This website is owned and operated by Emily Stebbings of Carnelian Lights. It has been built and hosted by Wix. These terms and conditions outline how you may use our website and the services offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to:

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website and we reserve the right to change these at any time. This also includes correcting price errors if they occur.

Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged item I accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact must be made within 5 days of your delivery to inform me of a return request. All returns must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations.

My item arrived damaged

We are so sorry this has happened! All our orders are hand-packaged and carefully checked before shipping. However, occasionally items can become damaged. If this has happened, please contact us by email: Carnelianlights@gmail.com

Or if you have any other issues with your order, please contact us by the email listed above. We are always here to help.

 

Changes

We may, without prior notice, change the products on our website; stop providing products or any features of the products we offer; or create limits for the products.
