Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days so your items are with you as quickly as possible! All orders are shipped to the UK with one of two Royal Mail services (Depending on what is selected at checkout):

Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48Hrs

Express: Royal Mail Tracked 24Hrs


Shipping times are estimated only. While most items will arrive within these times, sadly there are sometimes extraneous factors that will cause them to be delayed.

 

Please note: At this time we do not ship internationally but we plan to in the future!

 

Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged item I accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact must be made within 5 days of your delivery to inform me of a return request. All returns must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations.

My item arrived damaged

We are so sorry this has happened! All our orders are hand-packaged and carefully checked before shipping. However, occasionally items can become damaged. If this has happened, please contact us by email: Carnelianlights@gmail.com
